At Curves you get the benefits of an hour and a half workout, but done in just 30 minutes of exercising on hydraulic equipment designed especially for women.

Our Farnborough club is fully air-conditioned and is based at 183, Lynchford Road
(just along from Infinity Motor Cycles formerly Motorcycle City).

Parking is available at the rear of the club.
