Firework Fiesta in Fleet

Saturday 1st November 2008

With big crowds expected, make sure you get to your vantage place early. There will be a fast track entrance on Victoria Road for those who have prepaid family tickets ( available from our stand in the Hart Centre ) and for those with the correct entrance money.

Gates open at 5:30pm and the display will start at 6:30pm.

This year we will set off over £4,000 worth of fireworks! In addition to burgers and hot dogs, we will also be providing hot chestnuts, hot and cold drinks, sweets, buns and for the MAD - ice cream. Music this year provided by Radio Frimley. Fun rides for small people.

To keep out the cold, there will be a hot Gluhwein stall for adults. Come early for the spectacular 'Fire Display'. Bigger and Better than ever.

A magical night is in store - don't miss it!

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A DISPLAY PUT ON BY THE LIONS CLUB OF FLEET. NO FIREWORKS - NOT EVEN SPARKLERS - ARE TO BE HANDLED BY MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC.

Cranleigh Lions Bonfire & Fireworks

The 2008 show will be set off to a rousing 20 minutes of "Rock & Roll". The show will start with the ageless "Rock around the Clock" by Bill Hailey & the Comets & finish with the climactic cacophony of Queen with "Hammer to fall", with Elvis, The Who, Bryan Adams, Status Quo & The Rolling Stones & others in between.

This year the Fireworks will be displayed by SELSTAR FIREWORKS from Selsey. If anybody went to The Worthing Seafront Festival they will know we are in for another great show.

8.00pm Firework display by Selstar Fireworks Ltd starts.

Wenesday 5th November

Stoke Park Firework Fiesta

The Stoke Park Firework Fiesta, organised by the Guildford Lions, will take place on Wednesday 5 November 2008.

Guildford’s streets will be filled with 1000+ torchbearers taking part in the annual Torchlight Procession (torches on sale at the Guildhall) led by the band of The Nautical Training Corps, the Mayor of Guildford and President Chris Thomas, of Guildford Lions Club.

The procession will leave the Guildhall at 7:45pm arriving at Stoke Park at 8.15pm, where the party will have started earlier at 7pm.

Farnham Round Table Fireworks Fiesta

Saturday 8th of November

Meet in the Central Car Park. The torch light procession leaves at 6:15 via Downing Street and up Castle Street to Farnham Park behind the Castle. Round Table will run a shuttle mini-bus service at 6:10 and 6:40 from Central Car Park for those unable to walk. A very slow walk, led by an amazing Scottish Pipe Band. Fireworks will start at 7:30, bonfire will be lit at 8:00. Parking is NOT available in the Farnham Park car park. It is best to park in the town centre for the procession or on the North or West sides of the Park. Folly Hill or Hale. Local roads will be closed by the Police between 6:15 and 7pm. All monies raised are donated to local charities and Farnham RT is a registered charity, No 1102040. Farnham Round Table has been an active organisation for young men of the town for over 72 years.

Avoid the crowds at the gates and get your tickets in advance.

Adults £4, children 5-16 yrs £2, Children under 5 free, Family ticket is £10 (2 Adults & 2 Children)

Rushmoor Fireworsk Spectacular!

This year's event is taking place on Saturday 8 November at Manor Park, Aldershot

Gates open at 5.30pm

6.45pm - Children's Fireworks Display
8pm - Main Fireworks Display

The children's 5 minute display is specifically for those aged under 5. Set to children's music, this display is full of bright colours and sparkles and avoids loud noises and bangs.

The main display is a 20 minute spectacular with background music based around the theme of TV and movie classics.

Both displays are being provided this year by a new fireworks company, Frontier Fireworks.

Lodden Valley Lions Firework Fiesta

Come and what the firework display across the large lake. Lodden Valley Lions put a popular show on here every year, all profits go to support local charties.

Advance sales: Adults £4.00 and Children £1.00. N.B. We can only accept cash or cheque (made payable to Lodden Valley Lions). All ticket sales must be collected from the Park and will not be posted out.
Tickets on the door: Adults £6.00 and Children £2.00.

Epsom Fireworks Display & Funfair takes place every November. 7th Epsom (Methodist) Scout Group hosts the display with the help of local charities from the area from which donations out of the proceeds are made.
